I'm not a tech company pitching from the outside. I'm a pipefitting apprentice in UA Local 392 — I go to the meetings, work the jobs, and I've been on hold on the same phone system you have.

I built Leddium because I saw the same problem in every hall I've dealt with — outdated systems, BA time wasted on basic calls, members hitting dead ends. Nobody was building something specifically for union halls, so I did.
